The NF Academy is an initiative of NF Patients United, bringing together young people affected by Neurofibromatosis from across Europe for one week of learning, networking, and empowerment.
During this intensive week, participants have the opportunity to learn from leading NF experts on topics including mental health, patient advocacy, and rare disease management in Europe. Upon successful completion, participants receive a diploma as a certified NF Ambassador.
NF Academy in Rotterdam — from August 22nd to 28th, 2026
This year, the NF Academy will be held in August in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in collaboration with our Dutch member organisation NFVN. We are very much looking forward to welcoming the next generation of NF Ambassadors and to supporting them in their commitment to building a better future for NF patients across Europe.
Young Ambassador Training — Applications Now Open
The Young Ambassador Training is open to young people affected by Neurofibromatosis, including patients, siblings, and carers. We warmly encourage young adults from across Europe to apply.
